"When I was looking for a dirt bike for my son, I called a family friend, Dale Griesinger at Pro-Dirt, and he told me he really didn't have anything I would want. All he had was racing bikes and alot of maintenance. He suggested Chesterfield as a good place to go.
I purchased a 1999 Yamaha XT225 a few weeks ago from an ad online and it ran great that night at his house. When we got home with it, started it once and took it up the street where it died and would not restart. I brought it in the next day to your shop to see about getting a new battery for it and to see if they could look it over real quick to see if I bought a bum bike. My son was playing in a baseball tournament just down the road and we had a few hours.
The parts gentleman said he would try to have it done before we got back. I returned 1.5 hours after I dropped it off, he had installed a new battery and looked it over and said everything looks good.
I will be bringing my son's and my bike back to your shop for anything else to have done. There is a dealer 5 minutes from my house, but the customer service that I received is well worth the extra 15 minutes drive. Thank you."

"I was passing through St. Louis on a motorcycle tour heading back home to Ohio. My BMW needed a tire, right now. The BMW dealership was closed. I made some calls and your service manager said the tire was in stock and we can have you back on the road in an hour (it was less than an hour.) Your service department was very helpful and pleasant to do business with. The store was very clean, and well stocked with accessories. All the staff was professional and helpful. I was totally impressed with the store. I only wish you were located somewhere near my home town!"
